John McCain using "GO Johnny GO" as his Campaign song
I heard it playing at the end of his Town Hall Meeting.

Just wanted to mention this.

I first I said to myself, he can't use that. Then I realized that his name was John as well.

9. This isn't the first time that "Johnny, Be Good" has been commandeered.
I remember Donny and Marie performing at the Inaugural Gala of Ronald Reagan with a spirited "Go, Ronny Go!"

11. What's funny/sad
is that back in his day, that song was 'dangerous'. It was that scandalous Negro rock and roll.

Now, it's geriatric. Who knew 50 years ago a Chuck Berry song would become a white presidential candidate's theme song?

Times change.

Let's change them some more.
