Wash. Post : Warnings Unheeded On Guards In Iraq
The U.S. government disregarded numerous warnings over the past two years about the risks of using Blackwater Worldwide and other private security firms in Iraq, expanding their presence even after a series of shooting incidents showed that the firms were operating with little regulation or oversight, according to government officials, private security firms and documents.

Another lie, atop a lie, atop a lie atop alie. Just a effin lieing administration to no ends. Lie about the number or troops that would be needed, because they know the number of private armies whom they are paying BECAUSE they don't have sufficient number of troops. But the money paid to the private army, should be going to house, feed, and nurse the troops back to health.
THis was set up for failure from day one as the article makes mention. Can anyone recall the last war the Repubs got into and actually wanted to win and not just make money off, other the WW2?
