This is within the 4 point MOE, so technically its a dead-heat. On the republican side, The Huckster crushes the competition 36-14 over Rudy.

I only wish my father had lived long enough to see a black man lead the field in a Southern State.
(on edit: i.e., that has a real chance of winning the whole enchilada).

3. Especially significant given there has been virtually NO campaigning in the deep south
as yet. People only know what they see on MSM, and we know what that entails.

4. good for O

I think Huckster is our opponent. I had a cafepress shop ahead of time set aside for that possibility called impeachhuckabee in case he got in, and that shop was made 6 months ago. He's their bible-thumper so to speak, and he will most likely eclipse Rudy because of RG's scandals and prochoice, semi-proGay stances. We'll see. I think a Huckster-Obama matchup is a close victory for O, a Huckster-Clinton is a solid 54-46 victory for Huckster and an Edwards-Huckster matchup would be similar or a little better for our side to an Obama-Huckster race. We should be able to beat him with Biden/Edwards/Obama, anyone else and it's a crap shoot that leans to their side which gives me chills. Just my opinion, but I've not been wrong in a long time, let's hope I'm wrong if Hillary gets our nom.
