Similarly, calling Limbaugh a fat fuck doesn't mean a person has a problem with fat people. It means they have a problem with ONE fat person: Limbaugh.

If he was skinny, we'd be calling him a skinny fuck. If he were short, we'd call him a short fuck. Get the picture?

Taking potshots at the appearance of political figures and those who influence politics is the basis of all political cartoons. Have you EVER seen a flattering representation of ANYBODY in a political cartoon?

So yes, it's perfectly reasonable for people to take potshots at Limbaugh's fatness.
