Wondered how long before someone would use the comparison between the two to make an anti-Obama statement. The comparison between Muslim and communist

Got my answer this am from a RWer in a poorly formatted rambling propaganda piece.

I never did read the book, but The Manchurian Candidate with Lawrence Harvey as the Korean War vet and his mother, Angela Lansbury, the evil Communist Queen of Hearts is one of the more powerful films ever made. Frank Sinatra had a role as the more or less narrator.

The basics - Lansbury sets up her son - through mind control - to kill the current president so her drunken spouse-the VP, another George Bush, can become president and she would control the country.

1. It's downright scary how increasingly relevant that movie has become.

I mean, how old is it, fifty? (Gets off shiftless lazy ass and does her own research) I was close--released in 1962, it's forty-five. It's not a comedy, of course, but when a character mentions suing Lansbury's husband through "an organization called the ACLU," I laughed out loud!
