I've seen Hillary supporters here use the meme that if someone doesn't want Hillary Clinton as the nominee and support someone else, then they must be labelled "Hillary Haters"...or worse, anti-Women types.

To draw a parallel to this skewed logic, if you decide to choose the Atlantic Salmon burger over the Lamb Shish Kebab, do you HATE the Lamb Shish Kebab? Do you despise the Chicken Ragout in Morrocan Spices? Is it too corporate to order the Pan Seared Red Snapper? Do you want to pummel someone who just so happens to like Penne Pomodoro?

Is it that healthy to think in such a binary way? Mais non!

1. Oh, come on
The stuff that goes on here day to day, from BOTH sides, goes beyond mere expression of preference.

This is dishonest.

4. "Both" sides?
I'm not seeing it as "both" sides... are you?

There are supporters of Biden, Edwards, Obama, Kucinich, Richardson and perhaps a few Dodd fans who get accused of being "Hillary Haters" if they dare speak out their opinion.

Penne Pomodoro is my candidate, at least recently.

2. I don't see my primary vote as a choice from a menu, but to the latter
I was raised to say "I don't care for the lamb dish, thanks."

3. I agree; I don't like the term "haters" either. Primaries are supposed to be bare-knuckle.

I like your theory of expanding the Hater-phenomenon to day-to-day life. Imagine if you knew someone who did that everywhere. Let's call him Mitt (can't smear that name enough).

You: "Hey, man, what'cha got there?"
Mitt: "KitKat bar. Wanna piece?"
You: "Nah, I don't really like KitKats."
Mitt: "What? Why you gotta be hating on KitKats? God, you KitKat haters make me sick. Go support your own candy bar, KitKat hater."

You: "Goddammit, that bastard just cut me off!"
Mitt: "How come everyone's always hating on bad drivers. Seriously, all you bad-driver-haters are probably just jealous that he's in front of you."

You: "I think I'm gonna order some buffalo wings. You like buffalo wings?"
Mitt: "Oh, listen to the Wingbot talk. Let me guess, you've bought into the anti-onion conspiracy of silence. What, you some onion bloom hater now? Onion blooms have you running scared?"

You: "Hey, what a beautiful Saturday! Want to go play catch?"
Mitt: "Now why is it you never wanna talk about how great rainy Thursdays are. Oh, beautiful Saturdays are so goddamn great. Well I'll have you know that my grandmother died on a beautiful Saturday because she couldn't get the life-saving operation she needed. So why didn't we play catch last Thursday? You're probably just a rain hater. Or a Thursday hater. And how come you always play catch with a baseball and not with a football? Bet you're a football hater too. God, this place used to be better before everyone started hating."

As if people not supporting saint Obama don't get labeled "Hillbots", racist, anti-religion or some other such tripe.

13. Providing a link is the same as calling people out.
And I don't see any need since I happen to remember that you participated in quite a few of the threads at issue.

12.  What a crock of shit but coming from you nobody should expect anything less.
It's only the posters like you who should be painted as "Hillary haters".

I've seen Hillary supporters here use the meme that if someone doesn't want Hillary Clinton as the nominee and support someone else, then they must be labelled "Hillary Haters"...or worse, anti-Women types.

The Hillary supporters I've seen on DU are smart enough to differentiate between Hillary naysayers who don't want her to become president for various reasons concrete reasons and the Hillary naysayers who go running around day and night like imbeciles, making up nonstop bullshit about her and generalizing about her supporters like you just did.

is that they aren't so much Penne Pomodoro as they are foie gras.

Some may consider DLC candidates as that menu item...

20. I like everything so I can't complain
I like all of the candidates (Two less than the others). I will however, mention that large fish like swordfish are getting harder to find, or that NZ roughy caught on, and was quickly depleted
