1. I think she'd end up being majority leader down the road
and probably a pretty effective one.

6. Don't know. But voted 'no' because I think the job will be less
interesting to her unless she wants to challenge to lead the Senate.

But she will have fierce competition there.

And other Democrats in New York State are likely interested in her Senate seat. I believe she would have a tougher primary challenge for a third term than anything she' faced to date.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr would be a consideration, for example, and I think he'd do very nicely in a primary challenge against almost anyone.

11. I don't think she'd count out another run
The smartest thing for her to do would be to preserve her entire network that she's built so far and keep it through at least 2012. The same could be said for any of the candidates, though.
