If you care about H-1B and Obama
I just wrote a piece Obama on H-1B

Just to be fair, Hillary is worse Hillary on H-1B

Edwards and Dodd are improving Edwards, Dodd on H-1B

and on the site I've already written on Ron Paul, Giuliani and will get to Romney and Huckabee.
(Romney is 100% corporate global offshore outsourcing, insourcing, true disaster on economic issues).

This is actually a major labor issue, an AFL-CIO issue. These positions are incredibly anti-labor and I guess they believe there are not enough Professionals in the United States to make a difference in the vote tally. Please in solidarity support American workers and help us get policy that supports U.S. workers.

2. Hey
yes, I'm still around, although we spread out. We have a mailing list for those really blog active btw. How wrong were we on Kerry? See his voting record on trade after the election (cough, cough).

I'm trying to post more on here though now.

3. You oppose all trade agreements
You would find something wrong with any one of them, and there always will be something wrong, so you'll always have something to rail against.

4. no, that's not true
you can go to http://www.noslaves.com/trade.htm to see that's not true. We want trade that is based on the actual theory, that utilizes
Ralph Gomory's models, which is not what we have now. That's absurd conclusion to claim someone is "against trade" because they are pointing out these are not agreements based on the real theory.

Just look at the trade deficit, the falling dollar to see the results of current trade policy.

5. I said trade agreements
Don't use different terminology to pretend I said something I didn't. I specifically said trade agreements. Is there a trade agreement that has passed in the last 20 years that you supported?

7. no
Everything after NAFTA is a glorified offshore outsourcing agreement, they are not based on true free trade theory and the proof is each one of them adds to the deficit.

9. That's all I wanted people to know
It's not right to show up here with a hit on one candidate, when you have another agenda that a lot of people don't know about.

I have no idea who you are but I'm not hitting on "one" candidate I'm hitting on all of them. these are not progressive positions and trade is assuredly a progressive agenda item.

Why the hell are you here?

11. Well I remember your hits on Dems quite well
From Darlene Hooley to Kerry to Obama and whoever else you want to throw in the mix. And now, so does everybody else. That's one thing I'm doing here.

14. Thanks for this post.
Edwards is my candidate because I think that he can be elected and there is hope for him.

He needs to know the whole story and to contemplate what it costs to go to college these days. Kids come out with huge student loans and can't compete on price with kids from India who aren't $50,000 in debt.

We cannot allow our kids to be priced out in our own country. Countries have real social problems when kids can't get the jobs they trained for, or any decent jobs at all.

Economists haven't figured that out, and of course, the folks who are giving Clinton and Obama all that dough don't give a damn.

I don't want to live an a U.S. with a bunch of poor folks, and a few rich folks. That's Mexico. That's Czarist Russia.

Anyone who says that some economic theory that doesn't seem to work trumps all the social costs needs to read a little history.

15. $$ vs. what's right
One of the biggest problems we have is lobbyists and they put the screws on representatives on this issue. They want their global labor arbitrage/offshore outsourcing agenda come hell or high water. One of the biggest lobbyist groups are attorneys, immigration attorneys to be exact.

I don't know if anyone saw this video, but it's a must see on how these attorneys make huge bucks off the backs of workers.

how to not hire an American, must see video

The AILA has funded Edwards extensively, but on the other hand, this is a major labor issue, taken on by the AFL-CIO and many unions under their umbrella (thank God).

Anyway, Kucinich has the best position (doesn't he usually) but Edwards has been making squeaks and I think the latest polling showing he can beat the GOP nominee should really get some attention here.
