3. Actually I don't really care about Scotter. He has to live with that name. I want to see Cheney and
Georgie frog walked into jail. Nothing else will do.

4. Three of his pardons were for Arkansas convictions.
Is there some significance there? Seems an odd coincidence, but could be just a coincidence. Are Arkansas juries overly tough? Or did someone in Arkansas do a lot of footwork on the pardons?
