Iowa Has Never Elected A Woman To Higher Office
Let's remember this folks. Don't get your hopes up for anything yet. Iowa is but one polling, the others will matter much more, and most likely Iowa's outcome will mean next to nothing in the end. I do get tickled over Huckabee though, I must admit.

1. Really?
Patty Judge?

Sally Pederson?

Jo Ann Zimmerman?

Joy Corning?

If you mean 'higher office' is only Governor, I suppose you are right, but the last FOUR Lt. Govs have all been female.

Whats your point really? That Iowans won't elect Hillary because she is female?

3. Frankly, even when Hillary was way ahead of everybody else

in almost every state, I thought that it was dubious that she would win IA. I think that it's not her kind of state: conservative, mainly rural and not exactly known for electing women to political office. The fact that a small state like that could have so much power in a presidential election has always puzzled me. I don't know anyone around here in all my years of campaigning that has decided who to vote for depending on who wins the IA caucus. I'm referring to regular voters, not to campaigners, pundits and the media.
