Al Gore just renewed my hope for a Gore presidency...
OSLO, Dec 10 (Reuters) - Former U.S. Vice President Al Gore said on Monday he was not interested in serving in a new administration after elections next year, and the only way he would return to politics would be a new run for the White House.

(snip)

"I haven't ruled out the idea of getting back into the political process at some point in the future -- (I) don't expect to," Gore said. "But if I did get back, it would be as a candidate for president, not in any other position."

2. How old is he?
He'd be an instant forntrunner if and when he did ever run for president in the future.

4. He'll be 60 in march of 2008.
Why wont he just run now?! It would make my decision SO much easier!

5. Interesting the way he wouldn't say which candidate has a plan that...
...addresses his concerns about global warming ~ maybe he thinks all of the plans fall short, and he may be forced to run.

7. I know what ya mean...
His and Jimmy Carter's are the only endorsements I pay attention to ~ I was actually holding my breath when they asked Gore about the candidates and their environmental plans. Dang it!

8. You just created a beautiful post - you linked Gore and Carter - what
music to my ears this evening.

Both Nobel Prize Winners.

Bless Norway. Bless the Commission. Smart people. Not swayed by propaganda.

13. He may just do that ...
... if he sees our existing candidates blowing-up.

(won't hold my breath, though)

15. Yay!
And, if doesn't, I can live with that, too.

As another poster said yesterday, bust those paradigms, don't let the corporomedia dictate what you do!
