I think Biden is stretched really thin right now, and that's the sad truth. Hopefully, that will all change soon. Personally, I would just go, and see if they are there...

fully so I imagine every person is doing multiple jobs. I'm ASSUMING he's set up an office in NH. Is that who you contacted -- or did you contact his on-line campaign?
