If you didn't watch Hardball tonight he gave a completely outstanding blasting of the Bush administration on the NIE.

2. I would second that.
I was of the opinion that he should at least be VP, but I think he would be much more effective as majority leader. He could get more done.

7. I like that idea! I do NOT like the idea of him as VP or SOS. He needs to be
leading, not taking direction from someone else who doesn't have the experience he does.

13. He would be good in either job, But where would he be most effective for the party?
Beside it seems to me people burn out really fast in either of those jobs.

35. He seems to love
international relations...I don't know if he'd like to try to organize the Dem senators...comparable to organizing a herd of kittens. I sure would like to see a bunch of the Dem senators out of jobs...the Nelsons, Lincoln, Bayh, Pryor, etc....those that vote with the repugnants so often. Maybe Biden could change them...I don't know.

23. Biden wouldn't want Majority leader
Edited on Tue Dec-04-07 11:32 PM by Kurt_and_Hunter
It's not like speaker of the House. Committee chairs in the Senate have all sorts of power, and can often exert more influence on issues in their committees than the majority leader can.

Joe would hate having to give up leading hearings... investigating, getting in people's faces, etc..
