It's the Line of Scrimmage, The Quarterback Signals the Snap and...
Edited on Thu Nov-29-07 09:57 PM by David Zephyr
The stadium is packed, the crowds are on their feet...

The old quarterback knows it's all down to him now. It's a lonely moment. He sucks in a last breath of the chilled air, calls the snap and the ball is his now. And John Edwards sees the goal post clearly...he never forgot for a single moment where he was going and that he would make it. And that smart looking girl up in the bleachers named Elizabeth never doubted he'd make it. Ever.

3. Word has it that he was smaller but hit the hardest
I've met him; he's about six feet tall, and although slim, he's pretty solid.

I hope we come to our senses as a party while it's still time.
