Kucinich bandwagon: goddammit, I'm on board too.

The Cheney impeachment articles are what pushed me over the edge. I really don't want DK to run the country. I don't think he has the ability to manage the Federal government or the national economy, so obviously this is a protest vote. Having said that, I am completely disgusted with the party leadership and their acquiescence in executive abuse of power and pandering to corporate imperial interests.

There are only two candidates that give a shit at all about the Constitution, DK and Ron Paul. Of those two, it seems clear that only DK has actually read the Constitution and understands what it means.

DK never met a peaceful solution he did not like. He has never caved into corporate imperial interests. He's the only one proposing a single-payer universal health care proposal. That may or may not be the best possible solution, but we ought to at least be discussing it.

So far everything the DLC-type folks have done is make us lose power. So far everything the DFA-type folks have done have made us gain power. We picked up one or two governorships in 2005. In the 2006 Senate races we picked up the wacky, left-wing states of Ohio, Montana, Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island. So far, sticking with core principles while being flexible on hot-button social issues has proved the Deaniacs right. Why are we running away from that? Well, it appears that some folks would rather be secure in their positions within the party than make waves in expanding it.

Ohio votes in March. Consequently, this state which has been on the winning side in every election since joining the Union except 1960 will again have no part in choosing the nominee. Considering that, I don't think anyone can blame me for supporting Ohio's own.

Contrary, I think he'd be a great President in the mold of another JFK. Give Kucinich the bully pulpit and I think you will see a President that can rally the support of an entire Nation to push his Pro-Peace, Pro-Working Class agendas through Congress.

Too bad MSM can't bring themselves to allow voters to elect nominees in Primaries anymore, but instead insist on beating the Primaries
to death in advance with poll after poll after poll, S-electing THEIR candiates of choice to be dubbed as "front-runners" while side-lining

Sadly, we'll probably never know how Dennis would have done in an honest and even-handed race.

Depending on the desired outcome, of course. Constitutionalist, progressive, populist, reformer - I think that he should have much wider appeal than he currently shows.

He's got some pretty interesting plans for Universal HealthCARE (not INSURANCE), restoring the US Constitution AND Habeus Corpus, revitalizing the US economy, repairing infrastructure and of course, getting the US out of Iraq / keeping the US out of Iran.
