1. For either against any Puke but for Obama in your battle of junior senators.
At this moment they are 1 and 2 in most polls and the oddsmakers are hovering around them, sensing a momentous 40 days upcoming.

24. There are several reasons.
I'll give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume your question is sincere.

I will not vote for HRC because I deeply distrust her, and I don't like the direction I think she would take the nation. I don't like her record in the Senate, and I abhor the Clinton relationship with the DLC. I don't like her platform. I don't like her unwillingness to answer a direct question. I don't like the way she campaigns. I have not forgotten my first "meeting" with the Clintons on "60 minutes," way back in the primary season that propelled her husband into the general election against George I. I haven't forgotten the deep distaste I felt for her excusing Clinton's philandering for political purposes. I voted for HIM anyway, and learned to regret it.

I will not vote for Obama because I don't like his platform. I don't harbor the same abiding distrust for him that I do for HRC. I just flat out don't agree with him on the issues. I'm an issues voter. I don't like his plans for issues that are key with me; war and peace, education, health care, NAFTA. There are better plans on the table to choose from. I'm also not comfortable with the way he vaulted into prominence at the '04 convention. He gave a rousing, eloquent speech (which I think is one of his talents) at an openly pro-war convention that put dissenters in a cage and removed Medea Benjamin from the convention floor. I would rather have heard from her than most of the speakers I DID hear. He then made it to the senate, where his record is not nearly as impressive as his speeches. One weak, partial term in the Senate, along with a platform that I find weak in some places, and indefensible in others, puts him "off my table." For all that he campaigns on "change," "hope," being a non-dlc candidate, I find his positions reflect the dlc playbook too closely.

"Ever" is really hyperbole. I can't see myself casting a vote for HRC in this lifetime, but Obama could make it back "on the table" in the future. Not in this election cycle, though. He would have to learn, grow, and build a better record first.

25. Thanks for your sincere, detailed and honest answer.
And I let me tell you that I agree with your view of HRC completely, and I hope that Obama can eventually win your trust and vote.
