Poll question: Elizabeth Kucinich's remarks: your reaction?
She was asked if DK would consider running with Ron Paul. She said "absolutely," and claimed they were both "truth-tellers."

3. I can't support Ron Paul. Neither can Dennis.
Whatever they share, their differences are profound. I have not yet heard Dennis call for the utter annihilation of the New Deal and the social safety net that Bush has tried but failed to destroy. I don't believe Dennis will ever buy into that, but Ron Paul has bought into it hook, line and sinker. Ron Paul's America is not one that I want to live in (any more than I support Bush's).

I utterly reject Ron Paul's "survival of the fittest" philosophy, much as I admire his anti-war stance. I don't believe I am alone in those core beliefs.

4. You are not alone.
I am waiting for Dennis to talk about this. I want to hear from him what this is all about. I can't imagine they could team up. Still, if it is true I will have some real doubts about Kucinich and if he does it I am outta there.

6. What he said.

The two, Kucinich and Paul, are incompatible. At least, I see it that way based on the public persona's of each.

If Kucinich has anything to do with him, other than politely respect a similar political strategy, I will still respect Kucinich and be proud to have him as a Congressman and a Democrat. But, I will not support any Presidential Candidacy that has Paul involved, at all.

Further, I will not support a Kucinich Presidential Candidacy as a third party.

Until I hear Kucinich say otherwise,

Go Dennis! Kucinich 2008!

8. We shall see. I think Elizabeth Kucinich made a mistake. We all do.
And that's all there is to this story. It's a distraction, nothing more. I appreciate Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich for putting ideas on the table. I support neither, but like Dennis' ideas better, which is why I think this goes nowhere.

11. Let's wait for DK's response.
He'll be asked the question about Paul, IMO.
