Hillary strongest Democrat in Missouri against Repubs...

Clinton also came out ahead in matchups with each of the three other highest-polling Republican contenders: former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson and Arizona Sen. John McCain.

The two other leading Democrats — Illinois Sen. Barack Obama and former North Carolina Sen. John Edwards — also outpolled all four top Republicans, but generally by smaller margins than Clinton.

With one exception, Clinton's edge over each Republican rival was outside the poll's margin of error of 3.5 percentage points for each number. The exception was McCain, who trailed her by 5 percentage points.

She also leads the Dem nomination race by 15 over Obama and Edwards...

3. To be fair
Obama did bet against McCain, Edwards against Thompson, and Clinton and Edwards had an equal (and only one point greater than Obama) lead over Romney. If averaged, Edwards actually had the largest lead. All that said, with the exception of Obama not doing as well against Guiliani, the leads were basically the same.

Best news from this poll, looks like the Dems should win regardless of the matchup.
