Brent Budowsky:...memo to Joe Biden
"...memo to Joe Biden: if you really want to run for President and not Secretary of State, the next time you are not allowed to speak in a presidential debate because the powers do not believe you are an important enough candidate, and the others are speaking triteness in thirty seconds, walk off the stage in protest and give a press conference outside that speaks truth and substance and depth about what really needs to be said, and is not being said, in what passes for our national debates."

2. That would have been interesting
In fact, at the last debate, unless it was my imagination, I thought I saw Biden jokingly make a move to leave the stage, in the early moments, when all the questions were aimed at Clinton, Obama and Edwards.

Of course when Biden WAS finally asked a question, his response was classic, and typical Joe: "No, no, no. Don't make me speak!"

I feel sorry for him to be sidelined in this way. I also feel sorry for Dodd, Richardson, Kucinich and Gravel.

The media have created this three horse race, and I can see why, but it is awfully demeaning at times to some very qualified, experienced, and fine servants to the Democratic Party.
