Biden voted NO on Yucca Mountain
I wasn't sure (wasn't even aware of the issue until it started coming up because of the debate in Nevada) so I looked it up. Just letting those of you know if you wondered like I did.

2. Clinton wasn't in the Senate then (she was First Lady), nor was Obama.
Edwards voted YES and Dodd voted NO.

It was interesting that I found Dodd's speech to the senate saying he was going to vote for it THAT DAY, but apparently he didn't after listening to further debate.

SO:

Biden NO
Dodd NO
Edwards YES
Clinton N/A
Obama N/A
