Planting Questions, Falling Flags. I'm almost beginning to feel sorry for Hillary.
It could all come tumbling down soon. The last couple of weeks have not been kind to her. What else could be next??

1. The falling flags was definitely a bad omen!
One should never let the colors touch the ground!

2. Where/when did flags fall around Hillary?
Background info would be welcomed by those of us who're not up on the latest.

3. Hillary was at a press event and when exiting the stage, some flags fell over.
It led to some tortured metaphors about her campaign

11. Thanks for the link, rinsd
I watched the video at ABC and it looked a bit awkward for everyone involved. Oh well.

13. Thanks, babylonsister
I'm not terribly superstitious, but I can see how those who are might be crossing themselves, especially since
the falling flags occurred on Veteran's Day, of all days.

20. The flags didn't fall on Hillary.. I saw the video..
when her aide parted the curtain opening it for Hillary to exit the stage, the aide inadvertently caught a flag in the fold of the curtain and the flags fell like dominoes. Hillary actually tried to catch the flags as they were falling to the floor. She saved one of them from hitting the floor.

6. It was nothing......
but as usual, if it involves Hillary the media, the right wing nut cases and those who support other candidates, will make a big deal of it.

On Sunday, Hillary finished responding to some reporters' questions after an event and turned around to leave. The room was divided by some blue curtains, in front of which were several flags on stands. When Hillary was departing, a staffer opened the curtains and the flags started toppling over. Hillary and several of her staffers ran to catch them before they fell, but one did touch the ground. That was all that happened, but there's plenty of messages in various blogs calling it an omen.

Whatever...........

7. Sheesh! I'm a Catholic and my home is full of idols but this flag worship
nonsense is getting rather tiresome.

15. Thursday's debate
Will Obama build on the fireworks of the JJ dinner? Will Edwards continue to attack hard? This is one event I'm definitely looking forward to.

16. I am too,
I think Clinton has got to take the gloves off a bit, so it should be interesting. Thank god Russert's not moderating.

17. Yeah, but Wolfie is, and I don't think he'll be any better
I'm no better than the pundits -- I want a horserace! I want these guys/girl to mix it up! If we're going to have a nominee early in the process, then now is the time to rumble, people!

18. Wolf is barely alive
but maybe he'll give them equal questions and equal time. I'd like to see a horserace myself, I just don't want anyone to do real damage to whoever becomes the nominee.

19. The flag "issue" will disappear, the question issue will not
For all the atheists around this joint, we have more than our share of the superstitious.

21. All I can say is watch Thursday night cause HRC will be
kicking ass and taking names. I honestly believe HRC will be primed for this debate. Watch for the headlines on Friday morning and all during the day Friday about the positive reports on HRC.
You wanna see a bear Thursday night, then watch HRC become a damn grizzley.
