She basically summarized the prosecution of Japanese soldiars for torture and waterboarding....and she said America should not be actively participating in torture.

Also, if Mukasey could not say yes or no that waterboarding was torture..she could not vote for him.

that there is a definate thread with the dems when they are speaking tonight? That thread is the "lawlessness of this administration, complete disrespect of the Constitution, against the Constitution, etc?

Since the articles of impeachment have been sent to the judiciary committee, thanks to the repubs, I have been hearing strange things from the comotose dems.

Has a sleeping giant been awakened? Is there hope after all? Or am I just having a wet dream?:shrug:
