Advice to Edwards...
Edited on Thu Nov-08-07 04:26 AM by MalloyLiberal
While I appreciate him saying what he is saying about Hillary, and the YouTube videos, he needs to BALANCE it with positive cheerful sunny optimism in his speeches as well. Or he will lose. He has to distinguish himself but realize Iowa hates negativity and Obama is benefiting from him yelling about Clinton. Doesn't mean stop criticizing her, butthe next sentence should be from his stump speech in 2004, hope optimism, uplifting, encouragement.

3. Than Iowa needs to get their act together
Because that "we don't vote for the negative candidate" doesn't play in the General.

4. OK sweetie, kindly explain in detail, how he has to distinguish himself. For the
last year to year and a half, he has been a positive force in campaigning. This is the most historic primary season of our life times, and with the buzz Clinton and Obama are given at ever turn, please tell me where a good guy milk toast gee can't we all get along candidate fits in to the mix?

Wallflowers are just that....peope afraid to get out on to the floor and take a chance.

I believe that Edwards supporters do more good when they have his back, and make no excuses for his strategy and tactics.

I can not imagine what it is like to walk in his shoes, trying to be heard, getting his message out and hanging onto third place.

How would you suggest he distinguish himself?

Keep on fighting against Hillary and the corporate interests and the common man will come to him.
