I have a question ... a guy who has no job (lost his home because his job was eliminated) and sleeps in his car should not be allowed to vote, but another person who has no job and sleeps in his car (RV) should be allowed to vote wherever he chooses?

3. Every RVer, including full-timers,

has a home base where they get license plates, file their income tax, get mail, etc. That is where they would be registered to vote. An RVer can't just show up somewhere (or several somewheres) and get to vote. When we are on the road, we vote by absentee ballots from our home base in Iowa.
