5. It will definitely show up on YouTube. If it hasn't appeared here by then, I'll be
sure to post the YouTube link. I don't get cable, so I'll be eagerly keeping an eye out for it.

6. Me too...
She makes her points so clearly, and does it in a way that's both lighthearted and leaves the Republicans looking silly.

7. KO and Abrams arm wrestling to see who gets Maddow on his show.
I love it. Rachel Maddow is a great foil for "Uncle Pat" Buchanan. Tucker's ratings are dismal, Rachel would be great in that time slot with her own show!

8. Anyone want to hazard a guess as to whether she's for it or against it?
Oh wait, let me guess... the spineless Democrats are to blame for the vote not going over to the Senate for trial immediately.

Sigh.

11. Since MSNBC is "leaning left" as a recent article stated, why not give them
both their own show? They both have huge draw appeal and that's important to the network....

19. because she's stalking him
plus she works the AM shift and there's a whole host of other reasons. Like her knitting a t-shirt out of Kieth's hair retrieved from his barbers trash. Is that going to far?

13. Very interesting, what Rachel just said...

She suggests that the Republicans could impeach Cheney (or otherwise retire him), and then Bush could appoint his brother Jeb as VP so there would be an incumbent to vote for.

14. She also said that Dem leaders should stop listening to their Beltway strategists
Keith and Rachel agreed the Democratic leadership came out looking pretty pathetic trying to quash the Cheney impeachment, particularly when Cheney has a 13% approval rating.

16. Yup, she said it well.
Even IF this were about the advice of "strategists," what the hell kind of strategists are advising such folly?!

It's mind-boggling. If EVER there was a case for impeachment, this is it.

17. These 'strategists' have been around for several cycles...
always counseling weakness. Every time. They have convinced our party leadership that weakness and timidity are the path to electoral victory. Hence, we've been getting our asses kicked in all those elections except one. And that one electoral victory is looking more and more like a defeat.

18. I don't know why they haven't fired them!
I wish it weren't about political strategy anyway. Something this serious ought to have them doing the right thing as their duty. But even if it's mere strategy, this seems like dumb strategy.
