Well, he doesn't have a chance here but you can only hope that he bankrupts the DNC with the action.

7. Well if the approve the Kerry election crashers,

that would set the stage for suing the republicans in congress at that time, Delay, along with rove and lot of the others for sending the ballot counting disrupters to Florida during 2000. Someone make that comparison. Course the MSM won't.
