Update on Republicker gay sex scandal in Washington State

The story so far: According to the http://www.kgw.com/news/pdf/curtis_doc.pdf">police report, Curtis told police that he met a man at an adult book store, offered him money, took him back to his hotel room and did have sex. Specifically, he was the receptive partner in anal sex (at least he used a condom; he's not a total idiot.) So either Representative Curtis lied to the public when he said he never had gay sex, or he lied to the police when he said he did.

Although his name is blacked out, the http://www.kgw.com/news/pdf/curtis_doc2.pdf">police report of the accused, Cody Castagena, is also available and paints a very different picture. His name is known because, out and proud that he is, he had no compunction about going public and held a press conference to counter Representative Curtis' accusations of extortion. That if a person has to state publicly more than once that he or she is not gay, it's often an indicator that they are, indeed, gay.
