Why don't the other candidates challenge Hillary on outsourcing?
I think this is a large part of why Jim Webb won his primary. This strategy can work. Hillary embraces outsourcing and Edwards and to a lesser extent Obama want to fight to keep jobs in America. I have to admit I only saw a few clips of the debate tonight, but I have not ever seen anyone challenge her on this. Thoughts? Comments?

2. I don't either, but it's a BIG problem. I guess it was more important to make
fun of Kucinich's belief that he saw a UFO.

4. Both Kucinich and Gravel said they'd pull the plug on NAFTA. Biden said he'
"re-work" it or something (which I'm not crazy about). I honestly don't recall what Richardson, Dodd, Obama and Hillary say about it.

6. Most of them have the same position, or worse
I don't know where she got the rep (on DU) for being wrong on trade. Her position on NAFTA is the same as all the candidates but Kucinich, she voted against CAFTA and Peru FT.

7. Edwards mentioned NAFTA tonight
In the context of her switching positions on issues. I do wish someone would deal with trade more, and not just as it relates to outsourcing. People around the world are being abused so we can have cheap junk and it's immoral.

8. it wasn't brought up.
i watched the republican debate last week. they were discussing social security. i don't remember which one, but someone said "if a guy is making $75,000 a year and his job is outsourced, he might get a job paying $20,000 a year. then of course, he's paying less into social security". a really good point. the only smart thing that was said during the repub debate.

outsourcing IMO is one of the biggest problems the country is having right now. my friend's cousin lost his $150,000 job to outsourcing. it took him 1-1/2 years to get another job at half the pay.

my husband is in the computer industry. he sees it day after day. there are more people from india working than americans. in many cases, they keep the people from india for a year or two, then send them back to india where they can pay them even lower salaries than they pay them here.

a few of these guys from india are working at "jack in the box" at night because they think the money is great.

if it hubby didn't have a some "special" skills, his job would have been gone years ago.

10. That Republican was Duncan Hunter
I think if I got to cherry pick positions from every Republican, we would have a pretty good candidate. All of them are right about 10% of the time and that was Duncan's 10% I guess. Everything that can be outsourced, is being outsourced and everything they can bring in illegals to do, they are doing that. That way we lose the manufacturing jobs and IT jobs to outsourcing and the service jobs to illegal immigrants. What's left for you and me?

12. Agree
This a a big question she needs to answer based upon her experience as first lady. Also, any candidate should be asked this question.
