4. I don't know why it reached the floor
but i do know that pat leahy is no neville chamberlain. and that he has the record and accomplisments that should make it obvious that he's neither an appeaser or an accomplice.

5. The Dems control the docket/agenda whatever it's called in the Senate
right? That is the privilege of the majority. So when it was clear that this mofo was gonna make it, why was his nomination left on the list? It don't make no sense.

6. I don't know exactly what happened
neither do you. i've gotten in touch with leahy's office to ask why the nom went to committee, and why it went to the floor.
