I think the DNC needs a watchdog unit to monitor the activity of Congress

I am extremely concerned that things are not going to way they should be. The Democratic Party needs a watchdog to make sure that all Dem representatives pull in the same direction. The party has to make that decision. The party has policies and I don't see the streamline approach that is needed.
