Okay, I LIKE Hillary, but I still won't vote for her in the primary...

For one thing, I agree more with Edwards' stances on the issues than I do any of the other candidates.

But I also have a problem with "dynastic politics".
Consider: if Hillary is elected, that will mean the last 4 POTUS will be Bush, Clinton, Bush, Clinton.

That sounds suspiciously like a monarchy to me, and it makes me VERY uneasy.

All that said, I'll still vote for her in '08 if she is the nominee. I just wish it could be someone else.

Well, I hear ya and I agree. Problem is,

by the time my state's primary rolls around in early June, it really won't matter much. I'm afraid there won't be that much of a choice by that time, anyway. It pisses me off, but what else can you do.

5. I can't say I "like" her in the same way I like Edwards (and Gore).

And yes, I am very much a feminist so it's not sexism. She's just not my first choice, mostly for her too-right-leaning stance on the war, etc.

That said, if she gets the nom she gets my vote. Period.

Probably because it can't happen in the U.S. With that said I am glad you will vote for her if she is our nominee. I plan on voting for whoever the Dem nominee is.
