Can a GF Sue the President for Sexual Harassment?
I think the definition of sexual harassment is dubious. But if a Woman and Govt employee has a sexual relationship with a sitting married President, that relationship cannot be a mutual relationship. Because the sitting President is the most powerful person in the federal govt, he can terminate her employment through his influence and prevent her from future employment opportunities by blacklisting her from his powerful friends.

If she declines or breaks off the relationship, he can destroy her reputation and potentially have govt agencies monitor her activities for criminal offenses. If her name is leaked to the media her professional and personal life can be destroyed.

If the woman concedes to a relationship and keeps her mouth shut, she can effectively "sleep her way to the top" if he helps her professional career by introducing her to wealthy friends and getting her hired and high-paying jobs.

I believe that sexual harassment is a serious issue for most companies and for women and some men in the work world. Many men can even get in trouble with crude or vulgar jokes, and likewise with women.

I believe that any federal employee has the right to sue the President if she can prove that her professional life has been damaged by their sexual relationship and the consequences of that conduct.

2. People Should Be Weary About Having Affairs With Subordinates
But to prevail in a civil suit you need to prove actual damages not merely theoretical ones or possible ones...

No harm , no foul...

3. Exactly why the Payola Jones case was thrown out of court
She had received promotions after the alleged incident. Even if the alleged incident had occurred, her career was not damaged.

However, she later found a crooked judge and refiled the suit. She then got $90,000 (I seem to remember) in "go away" money.

8. Did she ever sue the Arkansas State Govt?
because often times so called victims will sue both the person and the company (state govt in this case).

For Isaiah Thomas, his employer MSG, has to pay the guilty verdict.

If I were an Arkansas citizen, I would be hella pissed if my tax-money went to pay some stupid sexual harassment settlement.

4. Well be careful if you sue bush
A black ex teen age girl friend sued bush for stalking and sexual harrasment. The Civil Suit was listed but has since been deleted.

Then four guys came to her house beat up her husband, told her to drop the suit. About two months or more later she committed suicide. But the never found the gun she killed herself with.

If you google you might still find all the articles. By the way this woman was supposed to have been a so called girl friend of bush when he was in high school. She was beaten up by someone, had a miscarriage and left the state of Texas. Her mistake was coming back years later.
