2. How's that for the height of irony and hypocrisy.

Justice Thomas nevers says anything, doesn't ask any questions during oral arguments before the Court. He rarely writes for the majority, rarely writes his own opinions, and he found time to write his story for us.

A hefty advance has more persuasion that jurisprudence and the prestige of The Court.

I don't know which book is more inane: Thomas's or Jena's

tape a pubic hair to the copy at the local library.
