Sick of corporate corruption?
Edited on Tue Sep-04-07 05:46 AM by Tigermoose
After reviewing the campaign financing statistics at www.opensecrets.org I now clearly know the top two qualified candidates:

JOHN EDWARDS
DENNIS KUCINICH

Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and Joe Biden are seemingly compromised by their business contributions. And it is clear that Edwards and Kucinich favor LABOR and the people over big business.

1. I'm glad your research supported that conclusion
I came to the same conclusion years ago based on their history of actions. Both perspectives are important for evaluating the potential of a candidate to legislate with the same principles they campaign on.

3. It just seems so clear...
In democratic primaries we will see if clear, reasoned thinking can overcome marketing, big money, division, and fear. If we don't elect a candidate that is going to do something about global warming, then we only have ourselves to blame for the countless deaths and hardships that will result from business as usual.

2. As Edwards said, let's not replace corporate Republicans with
corporate Democrats.
