He asked Dodd why he is running when everything is dominated by Hillary Clinton?
And he kept at it.

That is flat out rude....whether it's true or not.

Senator Dodd has done so many great things for this country, and deserves more

Even though I'm not a big Biden fan, he has made some terrific speeches in the well, on the stump and in the debates. He's a serious candidate and deserves more attention, just as Dodd and Richardson do.
