to those that think Medical Savings Accounts are the answer

to those who cannot afford medical insurance...did it ever dawn on you that if you don't owe tax how in the hell is a Medical Savings Account going to help? The problem even Medicare isn't a help to low income seniors when the clinics want co payments that the senior can't afford. Are the poor and low income SO INVISIBLE that this fact doesn't come across to the general public? I'm about ready to stand by a freeway with my sign that I need help paying my Medicare co-payment since rent, utilities and food take EVERY cent I receive from Social Security. Where is my voice in this system? Where is the voice of those who have worked all their life and have nothing when they get old because of non union wages. Save! Who in the hell is this society kidding? You don't save on mimimum wage you just barely get the needs paid and sometimes not even then. Poor choices I hear some of you cons say..well I had plenty of help making poor choices. Where were you when I lost my education in order to escape a predator as a father? Responsibility? Where in the hell were you then? The typical conservative response will be "Oh" and that is about it. No wonder we have social problems.

stop to think of those who do. Years ago a conservative brought this idea up to me and was absolutely amazed when I had to point out to him that in order to get a tax credit one had to make enough money to pay sufficient taxes to make it work. He was utterly amazed that everyone didn't have a sufficient income for these expenses. Of course it shows how really stupid conservatives are if they believe their own bullshit.
