9. Reminds Me

He reminds me of one of those toy critters that have phrases programmed into them. Push their hand and a phrase pops out. His 'speeches' are just like that. Only he says, "Uh" more.
Just when a person thinks things can't get any worse, he manages to screw something else up to such a degree it's almost unbelievable.
