DOJ Document Dump Muckraking Thread
By Josh Marshall - April 27, 2007, 6:29 PM

A big new bundle of documents just got dumped by the Department of Justice. Here's a link to the documents in PDF form at the House Judiciary Committee website. As per our routine in recent document dumps, if you'd like to help us cull through the mails and reports, use this thread to share your findings with us and other TPMm Readers.

Here's a link to the documents:

2. Just grocery lists and softball rosters
I mean, the Department of Justice wouldn't just dump a whole bunch of important documents late on Friday, hoping that nobody would take the time to go through it all, and miss something germane to any ongoing issues of the day, would they? That would just be kind of dishonest or something.

Unfortunately for the Bush administration, we've seen most of their tricks at least a half dozen times, and with the power of the internets we can have a hundred knowledgeable people flip through the documents and glean all the good stuff by midnight, supply it to friendly voices on Saturday, and be loaded for bear by the time of the Sunday talk shows.

This corrupt, murderous act has worn exceedingly thin.
