Red tape my ass. Well....not literally. Shrub said that the reason that
vets had so much trouble was due to red tape. Funny that red tape never seems to get in the way of the no-bid contracts for his friends at Halliburton and others. He had six years of complete control of Congress and he didn't choose to clean up the red tape for our vets. In fact the Repugnants continued to vote against increases for vets benefits.

1. That drooling doofus wouldn't know red tape if he was wrapped up in
the stuff. He's never had any problems with any of his criminal enterprises. He didn't have one problem when he wanted into the TANG, when he went AWOL, and when he wanted discharged.

What the hell does that knuckle dragging buffoon know about red tape?

2. When this lot decide to cut red tape.
They have a vertical incision in mind. They consider the veteran's administration to be a financial burden. I have been trying to find the quote, but someone in the pentagon actually did say that the veteran's administration was diminishing the nation's preparedness, or some such idiocy.

3. Fascist code words for "Privatize it"
Turn it over to Halliburton.
