Cry Tom Delay A River: He compares himself to Holocaust victims
"I am so outraged by this whole criminalization of politics. It’s not good enough to defeat somebody politically. It’s not even good enough to vilify somebody publicly. They have to carpet bomb you with lies and made up scandals and false charges and indicting you on laws that don’t exist. … It’s the same thing as I say in my book, that the Nazis used. When you use the big lie in order to gain and maintain power, it is immoral and it is outrageous…

It’s the same process. It’s the same criminalization of politics. it’s the same oppression of people. It’s the same destroy people in order to gain power. It may be six million Jews. it may be indicting somebody on laws that don’t exist. But, it’s the same philosophy and it’s the same world view."

4. Another poor persecuted christian
who chickened out of vietnam and who has never done anything FOR our country.

I thought for a moment that might have been a quote from Bill Clinton circa 1999. You remember him. The guy who can make a living without whining.

7. I was just thinking that
Bill Clinton is the politican that was subjected to the tactics described by Bugman. All of the MSM simply laughed it off as sport and spin-never asking about the tragic consequences we are living with now. DeLay, for his part, obviously doesn't know when to STFU.

5. Good grief, he's just reciting the same words we used about him.
I can't tell if he thinks he's mocking us, or if he really hopes his dumbass followers will believe him.

He must have paid someone a lot of money for that phrase "criminalization of politics," because he keeps using it, even though no one is buying it. He should use the phrase "removal of criminals from politics," which is what we are trying to do.

And by the way, Tom, in case you or your idiot followers are trying to muddle through these long words-- I live in one of the districts you redrew. I played a minor role in campaigning for one of the Texas legislators you helped to defeat. I saw the illegal mailers that your people sent out, and I know first hand that your cheating stole our hard work. We followed the rules, you broke them, and you won by a handful of votes. You can pretend you are innocent all day long. I'm sure your cellmate and everyone else you meet in prison will claim they are innocent, too. But you robbed me of my vote, my representation, and my rights as an American to decide the leadership of my government. I know you will be pardoned when Bush leaves office, and I know you will be back in power in some form sometime in the future. But for now I get a little pleasure in the slim approximation of justice this nation still offers. I hope you enjoy being a criminal, even it won't last, because I enjoy you finally being recognized as one.

10. Gee, the Hammer seems pretty soft now
The poor little baby found out that other people can have sharp elbows, too. And like any other schoolyard bully, he really hates getting treated the same way he treated others.
