5. Surprisingly Nora O'Donnell was rough on him
aksed him if he regretted comparing his trials and tribulations to the murder of 6 million Jews. He said no.

8. He told Meredith Viera on The Today Show that charges had been dropped.
and that was not true at all. He just flat out said it. Video.

He just keeps getting away with stuff, but I did find that he is going to trial someday and charges are pending whether he admits it or not.

the only ones that will stand with Bush
seem to be creeps, crooks and cronies...
even those are getting rarer to find these days.
Y'know you're really f*cked when even the creeps
won't stand up for you.

13. He knows a LOT about the Abramoff investigation...and where it leads
The CIA/GOP/$ scandal behind the Attorneygate firings just hasn't registered here on DU yet I guess.

""It's all part of a growing ongoing investigation into corruption in defense and intelligence contracts, which already has sent former Rep. Randy “Duke” Cunningham to prison and, legal sources say, may threaten others in Congress and the CIA. ""

Who are these unnamed 'others' ?

17. The Caged Bird Sings....
http://www.tpmmuckraker.com/archives/002635.php

"Abramoff and Scanlon have already helped prosecutors win guilty pleas or convictions for ex-Rep. Bob Ney (R-OH), Ney's former chiefs of staff Neil Volz and Will Heaton, ex-Majority Leader Tom DeLay's staffer Tony Rudy, and former administration official David Safavian, and prosecutors are reportedly close to indicting the former deputy secretary of the Interior Steven Griles.

DeLay, DeLay's former chief of staff Ed Buckham, Rep. John Doolittle (R-CA) and former Sen. Conrad Burns (R-MT) are reportedly on the shortlist of other potential targets."

Shortlist...Abramoff.

A statement from March 20
DeLay, dogged by charges of money laundering in Texas, resigned from Congress last June and is awaiting trial.

18. I emailed MSNBC and told them what I thought
about that programming. Giving a voice to indicted criminals puts the network on the same level as them. I wonder if they'll respond.
