Impeach at the Beach 04/28 Please kick

You may remember a few months ago when we spelled out "IMPEACH!" in human bodies at Ocean Beach in San Francisco. We got international attention. We are doing it again, bigger and better and YOU ARE ALL INVITED!

Here is part of the last e-mail I received from the organizer, Brad Newsham;

Dear friends,

APRIL 28th is alive and well... The group Impeach '07, based in New York City, is a clearinghouse of information for impeachment groups around the country -- everyone's big focus right now is on April 28th. This morning, Jacob Park, the A28 linchpin in New York City sent this update:

-- Dennis Kucinich will be speaking at an A28 event in Cleveland
-- The California Democratic Convention is in San Diego that weekend, and organizers are planning impeachment events both inside and outside the convention center.
-- An ex-Israeli Air Force pilot who has "seen the light" will be flying an "IMPEACH!" banner around NYC.
-- And a group in Rome, Italy, is planning an A28 event -- it's going international

Here on the home front:

OCEAN BEACH -- I've got a helicopter reserved and a photographer lined up. Still waiting on the darn permit! Codepink looks like it will almost definitely be organizing a post-beach-event march or caravan from Ocean Beach, past Dianne Feinstein's house to Nancy Pelosi's house -- Daniel Ellsberg and Elizabeth de la Vega and other speakers may be part of that... Things are coming together -- three-plus weeks to go, and we've got 229 people registered. Time to turn my attention to getting that number up. If you can spread the word, please do so.
