Funny pissing contest in the local Letters to the Editor Column
The subject: Global Warming

One of the brilliant conservative minds of the 21st century DRAGS GALILEO into the subject equating Al Gore with the Catholic Church of the 17th century suppressing Galileo; says Gore is suppressing conservative "scientists" today. A liberal responds, no you chuckle head you got it backward. The correct comparison is Al Gore to Galileo being suppressed by conservative religious minds as is the case today with Gore. The latest installment, another knucklehead writes in and wants to know why LIBERALS ALWAYS DRAG GALILEO into scientific discussions.

I'm amazed today's American Conservatives even feed themselves.

2. Don't drag science into the Global Climate Change discussion!
Science has a well-known liberal bias towards facts, which have been proven time and again to have a liberal bias themselves. It's like liberalism squared (or to the power of 2) to start using the scientific method when discussing Global Climate Change. Which doesn't exist. Let's face it, you can use facts to "prove" practically anything that's even remotely true.

So let's get back to a good old I-say-it-louder-than-you-so-I'm-right discussion.
