Based on ROUGH calculations, McCain had 60K different contributors while Mitt Romney had 33,000 or so. Room to grow, maybe.

all those millions of dollars to kick back on...shit, who wouldn't want to run for prez... Nazi Newt Gingrich doesn't have a chance in hell of winning even he knows that...but he also knows he can pick up millions in donations and keep it when he drops out, as well as get back on TV to pontificate for the news shows...he'll get more lucrative speaking engagements, etc...when will people understand its extremely profitable for all involved in each candidates campaign to run for president. Old Rudy another who never had a chance from the git go...but he'll make tens of millions to party on and to hit the beaches of the Bahamas with...the life of luxury.
