What the hell is Jerry Lewis (R-Redlands) doing walking around unindicted?
I am watching the debate in the House floor on the funding bill and the POS Jerry Lewis from Redlands is handling the designation of time for the Pubbie speakers who are supporting Bush's lying war. Every time I see his fluffy white hair and capped mega white teeth on the screen, I just want to scream ~~ "WHY HAVEN'T YOU BEEN INDICTED????"

He has used tons of money from his campaign funds to lawyer up, around $800K just this year, for some of the priciest lawyers in California ~~ heck ~~ priciest in the U.S. Here, people who have contributed to elect him, are now having their monies used to keep this despicable POS from being indicted for his Duke Cunningham-like conduct.

Why is this happening? Because the WH and the DOJ have gotten away for far too long time playing politics with JUSTICE!

Rep. Jerry Lewis is a fifteenth-term member of Congress, representing the 41st district of California. His ethics issues stem primarily from the misuse of his position as Chairman of House Appropriations Committee to steer hundreds of millions of dollars in earmarks to family and friends in direct exchange for contributions to his campaign committee and political action committee.

...

Rep. Lewis is also under investigation because of his dealings with the same contractors who had ties to former Rep. Randy “Duke” Cunningham (R-CA). After Rep. Cunningham pleaded guilty, Rep. Lewis resisted an independent investigation of Rep. Cunningham’s activities on the Appropriations Committee, stating that his own personal informal review of Rep. Cunningham’s earmarks was satisfactory and that the earmarks Rep. Cunningham doled out were legitimate. In total, Rep. Lewis has received $88,252 from Brent Wilkes and his associates, making him the third-highest recipient of campaign contributions from Mr. Wilkes, after Rep. Cunningham and Rep. John Doolittle (R-CA).

This man-tanned, capped tooth POS needs to be indicted. PERIOD.

2. It looks like Lam connected Lewis to the criminal conduct which...
...had gone on with Cunningham and Foggo et al., and Lewis was the next target on her list. Lam was Southern District which is San Diego area where Cunningham lived and rep'd his district and where the defense contractor was based. Redlands is in Central District ~~ where the indictment against Lewis most likely have been filed. Other things went on in Central ~~ such as the BS with the PR firm ~~ that most likely would have led to Lewis being indicted in Central District.

Now THIS really grips me:

Lam is canned...and...suddenly the USAtty in LA (Central District), Debra Wong Yang, goes to work for a PRIVATE law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher ~~ WHICH IS THE M/F'ING LAW FIRM THAT REPRESENTS LEWIS IN THE INVESTIGATION AGAINST HIM!!!!

WTF??????? How the HELL does THIS get explained????

3. That really, really stinks
Is anyone mentioning this aspect of the USAtty scandal? Did Debra Wong Yang resign? Is it true that she received a "fee" for joining the law firm, Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher? This definitely warrants more in depth investigation.
