Refusing to Testify Under Oath? Sound Familiar?
Flashback to the 9/11 Commission Hearings. Remember that farce? Same stonewalling, same refusal to testify at all...then only behind closed doors, not under oath, and only before the chairmen...and the same lack of outrage by the people of America. How quickly we forget.

is pushing it...but it won't fly....Bush will refuse and take it to the republican Supreme court and he expects to win....Even though it's not right or correct if congress subpoenas Rove, he must testify under oath.

What's Rove got to hide but lies...There it is.
