Griffin has no standing in the Arkansas legal community. No lawyers there know who Griffin is - according to Pryor. Griffin should go through confirmation process - which the administration had no intention of doing.

4. "Gonzales lied to me" - Pryor
He had no intention of putting Griffin thru the confirmation process. AG followed the script when talking to Pryor - according to Pryor.
