What a damn hedge. Anyone with two brain cells to rub together can see right through Toensing saying Plame was not covert.
She said that under the statute she is not covert. Toenail is referring to the statute she wrote for Goldwater to define the punishment for outing a CIA agent. This bitch did NOT write the law that created the CIA which defines what a covert CIA agent was.

Waxman needs to point that out. We need to contact members of this committee and point that out. That was looked right over.
