How would The Dick answer this question?
"Dick, are you happy that Libby's convictions for obstruction and lying have successfully kept you and other high ranking officials from being indicted? Are you happy he took the fall for you and Karl?"

People don't lie to the FBI and Grand Jury for the hell of it. Libby lied for a reason and he was convicted of exactly that crime, Dick can't deny it. The question is a trap, how can he respond?

4. Well no, he wouldn't say that. If someone asked him point blank he'd have to answer.
He might WANT to say that, but he can't.

He can either say, "Yes, I'm happy Scooter took the fall for me" or "No, Scooter shouldn't have taken the fall for me". Both implicate Dick.
