North American Union.....
So what does everyone here think about this idea that the various Governments are planning without your knowledge. Lou Dobbs is once again talking about it tonite! The US Government along with Canada and Mexico are planning to amalgamate all three countries into one country without any involvement by citizens what so ever.

1. I must not have enough tinfoil because there is no way I can imagine this happening
:eyes:

Just a total non-starter. Canadians don't want to be linked any closer to the US than they already are, and the average Amurikan hates them folk south o' the border....

This is jes crazy talk.

3. I think the members are a sorry lot of ex-politicians who see a chance
at glory. There is no way the USA wants to join Mexico. They just want Mexicans & Canada to hold US $$$. To help with the burse. Might be a good idea for Canada if our dollar goes any higher due to the Tar Sands. In a decade or so. Then we wouldn't turn into Saudi Arabia with only one industry and the rest of the country mentally and economically impoverished. Other than that case..I like our Canadian dollar. As many Canadians do.

I tried to read the document this group put out but couldn't be bothered it was so full of idiocy. Demanding that as time passes (demographics change and employment is fuller once the boomers retire) that all the credit for this new employees market goes to conservatives and their policies. So they are not only making up tri-lateral talks..they are also making up myths on how they should get credit for success that has nothing to do with them.

Hopefully Canada will have a Liberal government back in power in a few months. And then we can go back to being an independant country.

4. I just emailed my Congresswoman. She's good
at answering my inquiries, hopefully she'll come up with the right answer for this.

5. One of the big problems from a Canadian point of view...
The current Canadian Government is in a Minority situation (In other words, they could be toppled tommorow if two of the opposition parties) decide that this sucks big time and were to put a motion on the floor for a non confidence vote. I honestly think that this may have been something that would have been pushed big time if the Repulicans had one a majority in November.

7. Neither the U.S., nor Canada and Mexico, would be smart in doing something like this
Besides, what would happen to your country's healthcare? I raised the idea of getting dual citizenship in another thread, in the event that I hit financial hard times and can't afford my country's "pay or die" system.

6. Bits and pieces already exist
such as NORAD and NFATA. Globalists I know are posturing a North American Common Market that grows into and equivalent to the EU. That rosy scenario if ripe with problems as the EU is finding out.

8. Its a myth. A conspiracy with NOTHING to support it.
Its just like people who believe that airline con trails drop mind-controlling chemicals on urban populations.

Its like people who think Russian troops occupy Iowa, or the UN is about to take over the US.

This is the kind of discussion that goes in in trailer parks, and behibs 7-11s everywhere. Most educated people do not believe this crap.

Has Pelosi talked about this? Where are the cryptic warnings from Edwards, or Gore?

No. There is NO North American Union in the works.
There is NO secret currency called the Amero.
There is NO secret romance between Anna Nichole and Vincent Fox.
World leaders do NOT sacrifice virgins to the Owl God, Moech in the Bohemian Grove.
And it takes more than Three licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop.

Close your eyes and repeat: "I won't believe everything I read on the net!"

And yes, I'm so evil, I don't believe in UFO's, Bigfoots, or Ghosts either.
